Would these rims suit a black Mk2 172

Hey, Im able to get these rims, they are jap brand, quite light.

17" inch, correct stud pattern and offset.

would this suit the look of Mk2 172?

Too funereal and drab looking. Personally I think there needs to be a bright contrast for the black body and the tyres otherwise there would be far too much black.

Im not sure... I was thinking something similar myself but saw someone at Southend last weekend with Oz Superleggas in the matt colour on a Mk1 16v and they looked very nice... anyone do a photochop on this for me?!
