Yozzasport Exhaust too loud!

  Clio 182 Sport
Hi All,

We have recently purchased a 182 Sport with a Yozzasport exhaust, cat back, which we are finding a bit too loud for everyday driving.

My question is, does the standard exhaust make a reasonable note or are the aftermarket options popular for enthusiasts - we've heard that a Scorpion or JanSpeed would be a good alternative - any views?

Also, i can't find any Yozzasport systems up for sale so wondering if there is a market for it as it would be good to have a contribution to a new one!

Cheers

There is a market for yozzas, have a look in the for sale section, if you've not yet signed up then I suggest you do as you can access the for sale section and the technical guides then. Someone will probably do a swap with you which makes it less hassle.

The standard exhausts tend to rot away after 3 months.

I found my yozza far too loud and it lasted around a month.

There are plenty of quieter stainless options out there.

PM me how much you want for the yozza

  RB 182 cup
Find an after market exhaust system that has a centre silencer.
Chances are the Yozza only has a rear box and no mid silencer.

I fitted my ktec super sport and decat yesterday an its a bit to loud to be fair should have got the silenced one i think lol

Do you still have the cat fitted and have you got a centre box?

  Lots of Scrap...
I found the yozza too loud, I sold it for 300 odd quid and bought a used janspeed for peanuts, its nice and quiet, no drone and lovely rasp when you give it beans ;)

i have a janspeed/ktec system is sports version with de-cat its very loud when you boot it but low throttle on motorway i hear my tyres over it on anything below 90 (awesome)
if you had that with a cat it would be reasonable

Thanks for all the responses!

It is a cat back system, so cat still in place - we are going to try to go out in a car with a RS192 before making a decision as the g/f quite likes the sound of the Yozza and it's her daily drive.

Anyone got a Scorpion in the Maidstone area that we can have a listen to?

I used to have the RS192 cat back and it droned no end decelerating from 85-60.

Sounded alright when on it I guess, but not a fan daily.

  DON'T SEND ME PM'S!!
The Janspeed Sport (not supersport) is the quietest of the aftermarket systems by a fair margin. The rs192 is a piece of crap that i wouldn't take if it was free
