Titanfall

It looks good although Evolve looks a lot more interesting as a next gen MP title. I prefer co-op MP to vs these days I think, just a bit more fun (which is why I like BF as there's both).

Graphics not meant to be amazing - another title not able to run in 1080p on One. Read a good article why developers are struggling to do this - seems its possible but very hard to achieve. I don't know why MS scrimped on the relevant component as apart from this it's virtually identical to the PS4.

Anyway...Titanfall does look fun but I was sort of expecting much bigger maps with more than 6vs6 battles. Their argument is that more isn't necessarily better but IMO there should at least be an option. Even in Halo 4vs4 is the best mode but they have 6vs6 and the big team battles too (think it's 10 per team, can't remember)

I imagine there will be many new Titans in DLC/microtransactions too...

The AI are there for getting bonuses/points - but surely saps quite a lot of processing power. I'd rather have bigger levels with more humans in but sure they've found a formula which works. Does look a lot of fun
 
Well my beta code arrived today, all download just going through the training so far seems superb, what your not in a Titan its like mirrors edge with guns, the smart gun is epic by far the best gun ever
 
First game was classic EA. 2 mins of amazing game the. Server meltdown lol. 2nd game was just class. The game seems to have less bs than bf upto now but maybe it's because people haven't the best of every weapon. Although there were some 22 ranks already I'm not sure how quick you rank up

in short.....amazing!
 
Epic!!! Ain't got time for an in depth review need to get back to kicking ass in my Titan :)
 
I've requested that PC code but would also like an XBO one too.

Got my PC code about an hour ago, pretty good so far!

Last titan standing mode is poop though, i prefer wallrunning/necksnapping/cloakin' motherfuckers haha :o
 
Oh! I just checked my Gmail account and my code was sat there in my "promotions" tab from 16:15 also. Downloading :)
 
Applied for both PC and XO. Got nothing yet but not too fussed as I'm not going to buy it anyway :p

Guess they are psychic.
 
Xbox One beta has been opened up to public. It's available to download in the game Demo's tab
