I saw one of these on a trailer a few months back got chatting to the owner. 2.5 litre n/a engine with 350 bhp.

Wish I had the spare cash 12 years or so ago that I do now, could pickup V8 Esprits a lot cheaper than that! (Same can be said for everything, 355s for 40k, 993 turbos that weren’t pushing 6 figures, Clio V6s for 7k).

Tell me about it! I nearly bought a yellow V8 turbo when I was 21 that was under £20k! But decided I couldnt afford to use it as a daily and bought a R26 instead!
I actually thought these would be worth more than £40k now though.

I prefer the looks of the mk 1 Esprit Turbo myself, proper 80s wedgey goodness. I imagine a later car is easier to live with though.

In a classy colour they really do look well.

I can’t get on with the interior though. It’s like Mazda levels of design.

They were doing them at £1000 down £1000 month pre lockdown which is cheap!

That front end is much better than standard, I thought it was the oe facelift.

I like the interior, but it's a bit odd.

Couldn't choose one over the Merc GT.
