Autodoc are pretty good now, usually only 4-5 days delivery for me.

I had a Valeo condenser and radiator from them not too long ago and they were very well packaged.

Looks like @Sash was right. Changed the pipe to the silicone one and it now seems dry. Must have had a pin hole as it always felt quite dry. I'll keep monitoring it and I have a rocker gasket now in case I need it.
