I'd love to know what their strategy is for keeping everything hush hush and quiet with zero leaks.
No phones in the office? Intranet with no outside comms? There has to be something like that surely.

You'll be able to preload it probably a few weeks before it actually "releases" so it'll be fine

Rockstar are trying to dmca strike them as fast as they appear. I’ve read that the hacker is going to leak the final mission too. s**t has really hit the fan due to them going digital only.

I’m still intrigued how a fully playable version has been managed to be leaked. It’s not even a 2023 version of it as it seems that some of the music played in it only came out in 2025 meaning it’s pretty damn recent.

It isn't Rockstar, they have gone to extreme lengths to prevent leaks. Dev teams on AAA titles are huge these days, and many are run "need to know". You basically work on your part of the game and that is it, with only the very senior positions having a fuller picture of the entire game, the storyline, the missions, etc. It is not unusual that someone working on the 3D rendering has absolutely no idea what the storyline is. We are talking BIG money here. For the owners and publishers.
