I think out of all the current hatches the looks of the 197 are a grower and it will still look fresh in years to come.
I agree. I'm not in the market for a Clio, but if I was, and the choice was a 182 or a 197, I'd choose the 197. The 182 is dead. It looks old. It feels old. It is old.
The 197 is better in virtually every regard, and in a few years there will still be the odd few 182 die-hards on here saying how it was the last of the greats because either it's a second car, or they can't afford a 197 - just like we have now with the Williams. As an every day car I'd take the 197 every time without giving the 182 a second glance.
