BEST PADS FOR STANDARD DISCS?

hi guys my pads have begun to were a little thin and under spirited driving they fade so much!!

so iv come to the conclusion i need some fast road pads to do the job but currently there is loads of disc left so im only looking to replace the pads atm,

dose anyone have any reconmendations of tryed and tested types

so whats the best fast road (not race) pad to use on standard discs?
