looks like someone has been down it with either a key or caught it on a bike - you can slightly feel it with your finger nail!?! anyway of geting rid of it with out a pc?! ive tried scratch ex and it feathered the edges but didnt get rid of the main mark!? wet sanding!??! im not that brave?!

i really am a chicken when it comes to things like this - i remember when i was 19 i had a mx5 and the garage caught my mirror leaving a chip - i thought no problem i can sort that! 
so i got some paint and brushed it in and thought i could feather the edges - after spending hours on it - there want much paint left on the mirror! 50.00 from chips away had it looking like new LOL.. but i learnt my lesson! only stick to what i know i can sort! or make look better imo! id like to have a go! the cars only worth around 600.00 notes
yeah thats what i thought! one other thing is i think the wing has been painted at some time in its life so what also scares me is i dont know how good the repair was (think it had a little bump sometime in its life)
Ill get some wet/dry and have a go! see if i can loose it a bit!

only jokin its a respray mate .you can tone it down but its never gona go away .

On a more serious note I had a small scratch like that on my clio, nowhere near as long as that, a branch caught it. I managed to drip some paint in there using a cocktail stick, didn't look too bad!

can you put your nail in it if so its gone to primer /metal broke the paint barrier . youll prob just have to live with it ive got a little key mark on myne but cus its a clio im haveing it done and at a trade price its 150 because the whole quarters gota be done and flicked in .

LOL you get dafter! i might get away with not putting any paint in to the mark as its not that deep and its not down to the primer :S
Use the cocktail stick method then wet nd dry then polish I would if its down past the clear and paint...

Edit: have you got any touch up paint for it id do this before the wet and dry and minismise clearcoat removal.

Lol the touch up on the bonnet was done by the woman before and I agree it looked s**t!

LOL on our news the other day they caused major problems on the railways as there pinching the tracks!what is the world coming to!
I saw that article, apparently they've been stealing sections, smuggling them back to their garages and sanding all the rust off and giving them a coat of non oem silver before replacing them the following evening :lolup:
