Trophy 427

Taken ownership of No 427 last week.

Spent a whole week trying to bring the paint up to a good standard, all by hand.

a combination of SWIRL X, SRP and of course an all over CLAY with SONUS GREEN.

Have also applied a thin coat of AG HD WAX, just to see me through a motorway journey - however more paint correction to follow next week.

Wheels go in for a refurb next month (same colour)

really starting to shine well now.

hope you all like. ( will soon follow up with a decent shoot sometime)

Oh!!! just as I starting to take these the heavens opened up with a lovely thunderstorm - thus giving me a good chance to see how the HD WAX beads, not bad considering a thin coat.

The exhaust looks odd, most aftermarket exhausts sit the same distance outside the bumper though??

it is still running on the stock CAT pipe, perhaps if Fred looks at this thread he maybe able to answer why?

tbh it doesn't bother me too much....until now I hadn't really noticed.

My Yozza was similar, it is because the Yozza decat is slightly longer than the standard renault cat.

I played around with mine and got to to sit a little better though.

I have been thinking about getting the AG wax looking at your pictures i think it will be worth it

The Yozza sits excatly like mine, with or without the stock cat. When cold its like that, and when the engine is hot, the tend to stick out more.

Don't be fooled by the wax!!!!!

20 Hours of pure man love has gone into polishing this little fecker by hand, really hard work......the wax is very good though, be ware of cheap stuff on Amazon!

I found that my miltek system sat back like that when it was cold. give it some heat and it came out. probs got something to do with expansion.

My miltek was like that at first, smaller when cold. Then it stayed the same size.. My c***s always smaller when cold too...
