New Thread...New Sledge

well the passat is back on the road as of yesterday (the clio is now sorn'd)

the mods have begun also, new german pressed plates are on with surrounds and these bits have turned up...

oh and i just got word from brian at rotiform.... these are being shipped for me freshly powdercoated on friday...

Pimping :) Didn't realise you had a passat. Seems we've both gone down the no longer a daily route. Nowt wrong with that. Although my daily isn't quite in the same league lol

Was a bagged mk6 Golf on those wheels at DC10! Looked cool but you are doing it right, bags are for pussyholes. Saw ben at DC10 actually, still on his iPhone ;)
 
Love these wheels but if I remember rightly they aren't the best offsets..you running spacers?

tom i will run what ever i need to to get the right STANCE..lol, STANCE is everything...
the car above is g-werks mark 4, they are now the european importers of rotiforms and i will be travelling up there to collect the wheels, get them fitted and getting the stance dialed in

as said, can't wait
 
Niiice. Stance is a nightmare on a daily that's the only thing..

Pretty sure it runs 40mil spacers all round
 
Those wheels are awesome. The Lambo design looks incredible on the Gallardo, so will be interesting to see how it translates to the Passat.

True. I just don't get the whole broken suspension undrivable look people go for.

Unless its a MK1 on 12's or something, a MK6 on 20's isn't quite the same.

I'd love to put a B7 S4 down on some LM's or CH's.

there is a glimmer of hope if you like the above,
the tyres i have will provide some stretch so i think i will be going for some poke rather than tucked right up in....we will see

I was staring into your Clio for a little while, was right next to you but didn't want to interrupt your conversation :o. Next time though :D. I want them on my Cleee-O. Serious arch work needed, but who knows. Sure they'd look good. lolz. :D
