I wanted to talk over the phone like any company would but everything I do is not good inuf for you...

Have you not read a single one of the posts explaining to you the laws surrounding distance selling, or consumer rights? Seriously you need to go away and take a long hard look at how you speak to customers, especially when it's being viewed by other potential customers. Equally importantly you need understand the laws which govern what you can and cannot do when it comes to trading goods to the general public. For a 27 year old you come across as highly immature, rude, ignorant and uneducated.

I'm with the majority here anyway. Refund in order, before it gets even more out of hand. No way it should have got this far IMO, the seller should have resolved it way beyond this point before offending an entire forum!

If you go into a shop (any) they don't have to refund but do have to replace or repair if the product isn't up to par. Most shops just have a policy (usually on show to the public) which tells the customer about money back guarantees etc, this is often confused with law unfortunately.
