Best Engine Oil and capacity for Clio 172 Cup 2003 :)

Hi,

I have just bought a 172 cup 2003. I want to change the oil but want to use the correct / best oil. Also what is the correct amount to put in?

Any ideas please?

i know it should be 5W 40 Fully Synthetic

I use fuchs titan full synthetic oil, excellent stuff, and you will need 5 litres
