I havent got the standard headunit in my clio, so it should be powerful enough (52w x 4) to get decent performance out of some components.

Hey everybody! In my clio there are tweeters in the dash, so I guess it would be pretty easy as long as I can get the dash off, to upgrade to components. I dont plan to amp them up, so I was wondering if the sound quality will be just as good with a set of fullrange speakers in the doors?

Yeh, modulator changers are completely legal cos they sell them everywhere! That still doesnt mean you should get one! The sound quality is nothing like you would get from one that you can wire into your head unit. The only advantage I can see from a modulator is that you can have a 10 or a 12...

Ive got a 1.2 16V and I do a lot of motorway miles. Whats the easiest way to get a bit more power without voiding the warrenty? I was considering a new exhuast system, but I dont know how much louder it would make the car (especially on the motorway).
