@DrAlex for chiselling you need a sds hammer drill with rotary stop function. I’m not sure why you need one if it’s just plaster board your dealing with? Or is it plastered walls you have?
The Makita 18v DH202 LXT with a 5Ah battery will do most things..then DTD152Z impact driver body only (£65)...
This is my old shell with a harness bar welded in...only pic I could find after I wrote it off:cry:.
When I got the seats and harness I thought using the existing seat belt points was a bad idea so I got a roll cage company local to me to do it....it served me well for a few...
Saturday was brand new home for my mine...only an old council garage but at least she’s dry now.
I’d have to have half the car outside the garage to work on it...But I’d dry thou. Not to many gaps but just wanted to post to get ideas.
Dog bone mount..cheep/easy and could make the gear change sharper.

As for what mod for track days..go straight for diff and don’t waste your money on...
Good to see she’s getting built back up(y)
Do you run with the heat shield for the starter motor? And have you got much further with your bell and rotor setup?.. I can’t remember what size wheels you run. I’ve been running a bell and rotor setup near on two years now under a 15” wheel and...
This is my setup.
I’ve tried to find the PDC measurements but for the life of me I can’t find them at the moment.
The alloy bell I got from eBay of all places and the rota is a Hi-spec 283mm and Chris’s adaptor brackets with 5mm machined off the caliper, running d.s 1.11 pad. All under 15”...
So it took a garage 6 months to do my clio. They aren’t a Clio specialist..and all they did was strip a standard Clio to a shell and then stripped front and rear subframes and engine from my track car on to the new shell...paint a couple of panels..fit a cage..remove sound deadening and paint...
