I always check true TDC by removing spark plug on #1 cyl and putting a long skewer down and watch its travel until its at its very peak, easy then and you wont mistakingly put the crank pin in the balancing hole.

I did mine mine to 20nM + 165 degrees, havent had an issue.

Hmm not sure the above is corr ect? as far as im aware, theres is only ONE tightening stage to 20-30nM, before a final angle tightening.

The only O Ring i noticed when i changed my pipes were where they fitted into the rack, there was no O ring on my hard line into the pump?

People say if they snap the belts wrap themselves around the crank pulley, jam, slip the timing, snap the cambelt and cause all sorts of carnage.

Yeah no spring tensioners, its all manual. Good amount of access too, compared to clios with air con.

Takes 15 mins tops to change an aux belt on a cup, get it done!

Flywheels are the same, doesnt matter. Williams starter motors are far superior to valver ones.

IMO Probably the new Ktec one, seems to be the centre of discussion at the moment. Its turned out good results for everyone thats used it. I still want to get mine re-dyno'd at SRR for some independant results though.

If your handy with tools, rebuild it. Quite satisfying driving an engine knowing that you bolted it back together
