I've had this happen to mine in the last week. Not a year old I don't think...
Repaired with Weld and a plate to reinforce it after I saw a replacement price of a bracket.
Followed fitting instructions down to a tee.
Girlfriend bought it dirt cheap with no engine because "I want the seats in my clio".
I put an engine in and intended to sell it as I wasn't keen on clio's... This was 3 years ago...Haha.
I've got ap's with pure solid top mounts. Comfortable for daily use but rear scrubbed when pressing on until I swapped for koni rear springs.
Do like them although I would have just gone for lower springs and standard dampers if I had the choice again and didn't want 'lows'.
Had this on mine a little while ago.
Three drainage holes under the scuttle panel block up and then leak into the car.
Cleaned all three out and had no problems since.
Also sealed up a perished bung behind the glovebox after tracing the leak.
Police had a lot of complaints about music from th 1.2 crew and heroic driving.
Apparently its going to be a vosa hotspot in the area in the next few weeks aswell, dunno how true that is.
Called through to auto glass Friday night, apparently my insurance company ensures that its replaced within a 48 hour period...booked in for Saturday (yesterday) called them up around 11 saturday to see what time they were coming.
according to their computer they had already rang to tell me...
Casually driving along the a11 and the car in front swerves over the white line kicking up dust and stones, One happens to just catch the edge of the windscreen sending a huge crack right in front of the driver.
I know its just one of those things but this will be the fourth windscreen since...
