The breather is the only engine breather for the whole engine, any excess crankcase pressure wille excape from there. The actual size of the hole is pretty small, not anywhere near the size of the pipe that attatches to it, so it is more than possible it will whistle if no breather pipe is...
correct, the ID is different as they each sit on a different sized spigot which the bolt goes through.
The spigot supports the inner bearing race rather than the bolt itself which just clamps the idler to the spigot and block.
orbisoud joints and welds are ironically not that neat, especially around their 'on the piss' cat element.
You could weld all the way down the exhaust system with 30 joints, if its back purged then you wont have any problems with turbulence and powerloss.
Absorbtion type silencers with...
Yours wasnt CNC'd, it was the second to last hand one i did........and because it was you, like i said before, i took more time over it than i normally would.
So if he want impressed then he'll be apalled by others.
Maybe your mans eyes are crooked and he didnt alight it properly.
rather whos is the best work ;)
CNC allows consistent replication, but you still need to design the best manifold in CAD and blending into the OE manifold with no steps, large radii changes or abrupt transitions took us ALOT of test manifolds to get right even though several whole manifolds...
No waiting anymore for drive in/drive out service.
However we are out of 182 plenums due to lack of returns.
And you know what i mean.......personally, i'd be embarresed.
The phase shifter part number across all CB chassis 172's are the same.
If tehre was 40 deg advance then the vvt logarhithmics would have to be a whole lot more complex than 'on/off'. Not to mention is a pretty apalling gain for the work done........i.e zero.
They are not 40 deg advance
you could build an engine with a powerband that was usable on the road and everyday, with reliability, but i'm not sure most people would spent the money required.
no, that measures crank angle and position.
phs2 172's have 2 potentiometer assemblies, one on the pedal and one on the throttle body as its FBW......find out which one it is, if it even is the TPS.
Check the map sensor and lambda aswell, they would be easier fix's lol.
