I dont know what colour they should be but if no 2 was leaking oil and its the same colour as 3 & 4 are they leaking too?

How much dya reckon that would have costed to have that done in a garage, new cambelt aswell as the pulleys have to come off correct?

I dont think there is a check on the noise as such in an MOT. As long as it meets emissions and isnt blowing, bobs your uncle and trevors your mothers brother
