    Moist & warm ;) seriously it keeps it mallable so its easier to wotk with. Megs white clay is better than sonus green

    As long as you are sensible its no problem. Ensuring the mix is correct is the biggest issue. http://www.nitrous.info/nitrous-fuel-jetting.htm Check jet sizes on this page very useful website actually.

    Most definately do not want a dry system on a clio unless you are running aftermarket management/bigger injectors etc..

    Cigar wiring lol. I'm often in my clio having a cuban. A voltmeter is something which really comes in handy here ;);)

    one would assume on or very near the TB (throttle body) You had the airbox off and had a look?

    As said the point in 4 electrodes is beyond me. I dont see any reason why they wouldnt work but I would rather use old NGKs than them.

    I dont know if there is anything you can dunk aluminium in to take off the oxisisation as its very hard. Best bet is probably a brass wire wheel on a drill.

    when you pull the rad hose the expansion tank empties I cant see a lot being left in the block really 500-1000ml absolute tops??

    I never bothered doing that. but mine wasnt exactly clogged or anything

    might be worth doing the old flush and fill on the coolant not difficult or expensive
