To do that you would need an oil pressure fed hollow cam.
Martin, resetting the cam timing is free and you could find what you really like, as this particular engine is quite sensitive to it.

No, the bore spacings are diff on the 2.0.
The head you have is perfectly fine, there is enough valve area and once modified it'll provide all you need.
you will want to suck the water out of the fluid tank, thank god that oil and water dont mix.
With the majority of the water out you can top it up with brake fluid and bleed each brake, you will need about a ltr. Also be thankful that you dont have ABS for the water to get trapped in...
