Only reasonable effort I have is this...

Isn't great but its the best I've got in one whole CS meet attendance (RWS back on Sept 11th) so I won't be offended if its not used!
You wouldn't see me on the A303 between 6am and 9pm even if you paid me to drive it, I hate it!
Can't afford all these pleasure runs but I just can't stop, 5000 miles done now in 4 months, I worked out recently that somewhere around 2000 of these have been for no reason whatsoever (i.e.just...
I went for a blast through the Wiltshire countryside this morning before work, after several murky days it was as bright as anything and I could hardly see, so I pulled over for a quick photo...
Yup thats Keith Murray's car by the looks of things, races in the Saloon Car Championship there. Hopefully they will have a 4WD category in future years as his car destroys everything and unlike some drivers with hugely powerful cars in the CC GTs he doesn't offer to start from the back or...
I find 0-60 or 30-70 or any lower end acceleration figures far more relevent than top speed. I get to do 0-60 or 30-70 at least 4 times a day, but how often do people really see >130mph?
I love this...
"EARLY BOOKING IS ADVISED, ALTHOUGH WE CAN SOMETIMES FIT IN A TRIP AT VERY SHORT NOTICE...."
Is he trying to pretend his "business" is successful and fully booked or something?!
For some reason Motors TV has never made it to Blueyonder/NTL, shame as whenever I look after the in-laws place its all I ever watch, loads of BTCC stuff which is great fun.
You were parked next to me so I squeezed you in to a couple of them! Great if you only want to see the front part of your car...

Picture of the guy looking on as his car rests by the track is superb, really captured a moment there. As I am always told, only 10% of good photography is technical knowledge, the rest is seeing a picture unfold in front of you and then capturing that moment...or something like that!
You lose your entire bonnet....

So what do you do? Tape a new one on of course!

I left at 5:15am thinking it would take at least 2 hours to cover 105 miles, as it turned out I was at that bloody pub car park at 6:30am! Had a little sleep before you guys showed up.
Did you move over to the proper ClioSport bit? I came back to my car after watching some racing and all the...
320 miles today starting off at 5am, quite a day! Had a great time though, never met such a friendly bunch of people...despite the fact I was there early and due to steward confusion was parked near the display cars away from most of you lot! Was amusing though as people were looking at it all...
I was asked to do an interview for Men and Motors, although the guy had absolutely no idea what he was on about and asked what mods I had done as my car was "clearly heavily modified"!!! He didnt believe me when I said it was pretty much standard.
I used to get 45mpg in my 1.2 16V and I get around 35mpg in my Cup. So for the performance difference the costs of fuel arent actually hugely different. Only problem is I cant stop driving the bloody thing so it costs alot more in the real world!

Im in the same place with my 172 Cup now, had my 12k a couple of weeks ago and now on 13k (I bought it on 8k in June). My surge of new life occured at about 10k, suddenly got noticeably quicker, although yesterday I did comment that it felt smoother now since the 12k service.
Im still (just)...
Yeah I used Sticky Pads, Fancy Plates supply you with all the fixings you would ever need anyway!
This is what I got...(it doesnt look straight at all in this picture but it is straight on the car!)

True, but then how can such things be regulated because as we know different tests give different results. Much like mpg, the Focus C-MAX quotes about 10mpg higher than virtually anyone Ive read about has actually ever managed.
I guess my point was that, regardless of quoted figures (which to...
Nice and simple Fancy Plates UK Standard plates are nice, completely plain and I just had "Renaultsport Clio Cup" underneath it. Simple but effective (and apparently, legal!)
Will post some pics tomorrow.
Hows about the £899 package they mention though? For someone like me with little experience in the engine bay, a (claimed) 14bhp increase with a 3 year warranty seems like a good deal. The warranty is the key point for me, cant complain at that as they are clearly backing their work with a...
Its real Carbon Fibre. Im a complete novice and had never doen anything to a car before apart from drive it, and I managed it so I wouldnt worry too much...
Self tapping screws come with it (or should, they forgot mine) or they can be bought from Focus/B&Q. Its pretty easy, just drill at least...
