Renault World Series on TV

For those of you that missed it, there is some coverage on Eurosport tonight at 10:15pm and in coming days on Motors TV on Sky.

Great day today, good to see so many Cliosport cars there, although there was no one about when I found them (AND the TW*T at the gate told me there was no infield parking today and sent me to another carpark!).

Those Clio Cup racers though were superb, want one.

I was asked to do an interview for Men and Motors, although the guy had absolutely no idea what he was on about and asked what mods I had done as my car was "clearly heavily modified"!!! He didnt believe me when I said it was pretty much standard.

I got a phone call from Lee ( admin ) in the afternoon saying that Renault were doing a programme on performance Renaults for TV and there website. So i went over to the Renault stand and was told they wanted to feature my car on TV - I said yeh OK, but theres no way i wanna do an interview were there filming me doing a running commentary on the spec of my car for a TV show. So i gave Jeremy ( RUK ) a brief run down of the cars spec and he did it for me - im not to keen on cameras and didnt really want spielberg seein me on TV and ringing me up to offer me a part in a Hollywood film ( i am a good lookin b*stard ) - so thanks jeremy and yall keep a look out for the Clio TT on TV

As I queued to walk through the gate I saw a camera crew interviewing someone. They asked him what hed come to see. Rather amusingly he said hed come to see the Renaults!

For some reason Motors TV has never made it to Blueyonder/NTL, shame as whenever I look after the in-laws place its all I ever watch, loads of BTCC stuff which is great fun.
