Should have 2 alarms for both high and low warnings. Temp wise. I set my big full flash to something like 60. To remind me to really take it easy. Then the small led flash to approx 78. This means I know when the Rev limit is in or out of operation. Haven't set a high limit. I personally...

dont care about performance upgrades... but it gets ride of the utterly rubbish olive joint!
This is into a piper which is easier as it uses the 6"shim so you dont have to actually mod the center, just the shim. the lad who did this for me could have sold me a sports cat. his exact words...
Cars lovely,
I would stick with cliche and go with yellow. I really can't picture purple caliper on your car. It's too clean. Plus you get a bit of tie in with the number plate.
Under the bonnet you can go crazy as it doesn't show when the cars sat.
I found a handy blanking plug at the back of the pedals on my trophy. Guess this is porbaly the lack of throttle cable on the 182. This works a treat on mine with a gromet and some extra tape around the cables. The plug strips down easy enough. then used a piggy back fuse with a cable ran...
Hi Keith, have you done the MC yet? If not How you finding the brembo on the 182 MC?
Just wondering if I should do it at the same time as doing my conversation.
18/07/2015 82912 - Mot failed on parking brake. oh the irony of having just swapped the cables anyway Swapped the caliper out

01/08/2015 Happy days 82980 - Nice new 12month Mot with no advisories.
Next sunny evening and it will be time to fit the new rear sachs.
Hi all,
Have noticed that both my 182 and Trophy appear to have an area of the rear disc they don't appear to touch. The outer side face are fine but the inner face lower 1/3( nearest the centre) never seems to clear of rust. I'd this common? Is there a part of the caliper I can service to...
AFAIK.. 182 cup hubs have different drive shafts over 182 non cup. And also different inner track rods. Not sure how that all compares to a 172 cup.
It's all doable I am sure.. But then so are top end coilovers. With non of the agro.
There are a few options for adaptors either 280mm or 300mm .. best part of £170 plus. Then add brembo brake lines, fluids. you might find you need pins and pads etc. Not sure about wheel spacers with 172 cup turinis. Others can advise on those.
