These are Bosch aero ones that I only bought about 6 or 7 months ago!
Can get 30ml of IPA off eBay for about £3 so may try that first because I'm a tight arse (and skint as f**k from Christmas).
@gally @Sunglasses_Ron @McGherkin @Yellow Dave @JD + anyone else who can help.
Still having this problem.
Can I just get a small 99.9% IPA, use it neat, spray it on wipers then wipe with a clean microfibre?
@dann2707 Where you getting your tyres fitted? I was gonna take the PS3's to Bram but think they charge about £15 a corner for fitting/balancing etc. Know everywhere cheaper that's decent?
So, finally managed to get this applied yesterday. I cleaned the windscreen quickly first, applied G4 with a microfibre and buffed until all dirt was gone. Then got some G5 on a make up pad, applied it in little circles, left it for 5 mins then buffed off with a microfibre. Left it over night...

If the actual CV boot is in decent condition and isn't split/cracked then you don't need to replace it. I was in the same boat a few months ago when a cable tie came off mine and grease went everywhere. I just packed a load more grease in there and secured it with a jubilee clip rather than a...
@Ash-b-84 Cable is fine, it seems that the silver bit of the shaft has come away from the inner black bit, if that makes sense.
Is the silver metal bit of the shaft stuck to the inner bit? Seems as though if I araldite'd it together again it'd be fine.
Hi all,
Recently fitted a modified shifter curtesy of @Ash-b-84 and it has been spot on until last night. I'd been driving it earlier in the day and it was fine, I get home, park it on my drive, come to get in it to go somewhere a few hours later and it won't go into reverse.
When I pull the...
