You can take the actual lamp out and just leave the black surround intact and use that as a feed but youl have to change it for the MOT or remove the other one too, Personaly i think CAFs are a waste of time anyway You wont get any 'ram air' effect I have just removed the feed to the acoustic...

I think you can do it by removing the shrouding, a haynes manual will really help here

as said get a decent set, may be worth squirting a bit of lube up there (penetrating oil) to loosen it up a bit

theres loads of pics if you do a search for cold air feeds or something in sure youl get an idea A lot of people cut a small portion of the front grill and the liner out so to get a feed in about 70-80mm is ideal any bigger and its a bit of a squeeze

Do you do a lot of stop/start driving cos this would cause moisture to build up my old clio did this but was advised to give it some beef down the dually and get it really hot, checked oil later and was absoloutely fine :D
