Very difficult to keep a black car immaculate even being super super careful. If the marks are very light then you might get away with some AGSRP or scratch X but maching is the only realistic way of sorting it in my opinion.

You said you knew the 2 problematic cylinders correct? have you changed the leads? if not I would try swapping the leads round and see if that makes a difference. Wouldnt of thought it was the lambda but if the coils plugs and leads are deffo all okay im a bit stumped
