You shouldn't need to clay often at all. Do it once, and then regular proper maintainance should prevent the need to. Your paint is soft as s**t so I'd be very VERY wary of doing it more than absolutely necessary.

Pictures of your looped rack for EPAS. What fittings have you used?

Interesting... Do you use it as a daily? I used mine for about 6 months as a commuting car and it was fine. But that was, at most, 2 miles max and a top speed of 30mph! Lol Not being able to steer sounds a bit like a potential issue to me!!

I've got two bolts and some chemical metal in mine. Little drop of oil in there first to keep things lubed up. Both me and a mate have done it.

If I still drove for fun - Christ I used to think nothing of doing £100 in fuel on a weekend just driving something mental - then I'd have something that I commute in AND have fun in. But I don't. So I won't. Clio dci 65's are where it's at..,

It is. Spend money to go to work to earn money, to pay for the car you're using to go... I'll stick with bangernomics for that.

Second hand ones. Under 12 months old and less than 15,000 miles. (Ex fleet cars) Let's 'assume' we have £5,000 profit across them (we don't) and that means they've more or less dropped 50 percent in 12 months. Madness.

At £280 a month with nil deposit, it was a no brainer. It's a £48,000 car so depreciation would be mind blowing if you bought one! Lol. (We've got 14 plates on the forecourt for under £30k!)

He was originally going to get a 335d X drive, then he wanted a 435i coupe. But I knew as soon as he sat in a 5 he'd drop the other two. Leagues ahead in terms of cabin quality, which is what my dads all about now. @gally , I could get a stonking car for me personally, but I don't see the...

I've had hundreds of clios. All exactly the same. Nothing to worry about. But you do have a (small) dent.

Have a Ph1, cheapest way to get 2 keys?

You can get a non-remote key from most high street key cutting places. They will copy the immobiliser part. Our local place charges £30 for a fully working key. Ideal for an emergency key. Less ideal if it's a regular key as you'll lose the remote locking option.

The 'plate' is sound proofing. The 'weld' is seam sealer. Both of such are on 99% of mass produced vehicles.

I want to make a folder full of pictures on a computer...

How?? Basically I have hundreds of pictures of some of my old cars. I want to store them all in a folder on my work computer. Some if the pictures are on my phone, some are on Facebook, some are on photobucket. But I want them all in one place (my work computer has a seemingly infinite...

Is this ugly weld from an accident ?

Boot floor has been whacked. Although to be fair, not particularly hard. Looks like the original boot floor to me. In fact, it looks like someone has reversed a van with a tow bar into it, or maybe the Clio was reversed into a bollard?
