Well I spent an hour each on the side strips and about 2-3 hours for the door strips.
After you do a couple of layers of primer and then wetsand it should be good.
V good progress. I still use the rattle cans, can't afford this high tech equipment ;)
How did you sand down the sidestrips? I spent hours on them taking the orange peel effect off...

You need to take it apart fully and put it in the airing cupboard for at least a week.
If you've tried turning it on when it was wet you've fucked it anyway and you now need a new phone.
However, I'll have it for parts ;)
When I first got mine I had 4 foot of wire stuck down the back because of the Nokia handsfree kit that this guy had installed. Took it out in the end. Bluetooth FTW
LMAO... this has never happened to me thankfully... just made sure all the wires were as far down the back as they could go and gently eased the headunit til it clicked into the cage. Job done.
