I'd possibly look into using a Rover key the emerald used to, and I guess it still does allow for Rover keys to be used to imobilse the car and what better alarm/imobilise than one built onto the ECU.

How bad is it could be a number of things does it vary with rpm ear speed is it always there is the car serviced what fuel has it got is it been used regularly. and chance of a recording of the noise?

heater plug relay check it for bad conections. also check the battery.

Could be a number of things more likly is that the temperature control knob which the motor moves is broken etc.

3ohm is just the same resistsance as the bag gives out so putting a resister in just makes the computer think the bag is there.

The serv light doesn't mean serivce it means the car has a problem which neds fixing. by the sounds the traction control through up a warning I woulnd't realy worry if it comes back get the computer checkied see what the fault code is as it stores them,.

Thee not bad at all. Although there not great best off having 4 different lockign wheel nuts on eacy wheell if you wanted better safety but any locking nut can be got off.

Only 4 bolts to be undone under the car all are covered by gromits there two easy enough to see right under the car and 2 more on the central tunel though the car.

With so many to chocie from I'd personaly pick one from a place you trust or have had on a few type alarms but badly fitted is worst than a usless alarm which is well fitted etc. I'd also pick one which integrated to the key fob.

The light can just come on at any time after a decat. The second sensor doens't realy matter hence the easy fix is just to remove it it just light up to say cat failure. If the airbags/tensioners won't go off then the airbags warning light should be on or someone has cut the wies. if...

Renault see the parts seperate for £18 or so a side from memory but check the price of the whole top mount kit it chnaces a lot and not that bad priced plus then you know the whole top mount is good and new.

it should be yes just screwed in Accessability depends which heatshield is loose. There just one shield its made of many parts though.
