Firstly do you know which injector has gone or how bad etc? have you noticed mpg chnace why does he think one injector is gone is it missing?
Anyway new injectors plus programming is about £250 they have to be programmed with the Renault clip or similar expensive software.

firstly check your wheel bolts are long enough to use spacers safely.
there no right place to put them personaly I'd probably have them on the back but each to there own some would prefere front.
You'll be fine no need for a relay realy. just remember to preferably wire it with a realy to the ignition switch/headlights else you'll be leaving the lights on one time and drain the battery completly.
Any relay realy would work for this. PLus you don't realy need one

nope on the phase 2 cars there the UCH etc which have a chat with the ecu and agree the immobiliser codes before allowing a start.

The trip nope I've tested it before now and it was some 0.5% inacurate vs what had gone in the tank and that could be neglected
as for the mpg the manurfacturers sell yep they can be bad but thats because we don't drive the cars or have them all with brand new sensors etc.
