I had my old sticker (Large External) top centre, but then driving around in Manchester, decided to get rid and just keep small internal. Temped to get a couple of the small external stickers and put them on side windows at the back, more subtle, and easier to spot if you're in traffic!

Its a damn good price. I've got a 53 plater with 34K so I'm well unimpressed that the car you're getting is as low as that!
One thing to make certain of is your insurance, as the cup has been noted as being more expensive to insure than the 172s and 182s because of the number of single...
That sounds so similiar to my situation. My wheels need refurbing, I want trophy anthracite wheels, she wants them redoing in the same colour as they are...decisions, decisions! ;)
Fred (who knows his wheels) recommends Fairy power spray (Yes, the stuff that does plates!) Try a search and see what you can find.

My brother has just bought an old Peugeot Spinnaker (his car 'passed away' today while he was down visiting). The car is a 1.4 and says 1,397 cc on the V5. He phoned insurance who said that the Spinnaker is a 1,600 cc and want to insure him at that level. I used to own a 306 1.6 XR and the...
There are quite a few modded Clios in Stafford, (not all done tastefully either!) One was a 1.2, MK2 Phase 1 with a big vinyl graphic across the bonnet saying Renault F1 champions...I was tempted to get out of my car and punch him!!! Fair enough if his Clio had an F1 engine in it, but when it...
I have the proximity sensor Toad alarm, it beeps when you pass the 'bubble' around the car (by bubble I mean effectively the range). One thing that I would fault is that it just lets out a beep to say go away, whereas there are Clifford systems out there that let out a real racket that would...
If you like a car that only works properly past 6K get the Type R! If you want a Clio, make sure you get the cup suspension (even better handling).
If you want a real man's car, get the 172 cup! ;)
**Runs and hides!**
But the 306s are a piece of piss to break into. I had one, and they bent the door back. They got a pair of specs, a pair of animal sunglasses and a cash card that was about 2 months out of date that I'd forgotten about (all out of view I will add) It had a Autolok big yellow half moon on the...
Guys, I got my 12K and 24K done up North (Stockport and St. Helen's) The 12K was £160 and the 24K was £192. That was with their oil etc. If Wolvo are looking at £200+ then threaten them with the fact that you'll drive to Telford and get William A Lewis to do it! (take the mick!) Tell them it was...
Hehehe I bought my cup from there as an ex demo. If the car is ex-demo, watch it, as mine had been knocked and the chimp sorry sales executive/manager had pranged it (The same person who wrote off the Megane 225 which he'd had for a week just after it had been released over here!)
The guy...
For definate, MKII 172s, 182s and V6 have heated wing mirrors, they've even got them in the 172cup...and thats supposed to be 'hardcore'!!!
They are linked to the heated rear windscreen switch, press that and the mirrors heat up too.

Clios are the number 1 car in Telford, There are 2 cups in the small village in Telford that I live in! The thing is, when you drive a 172 cup, you tend to notice them more than if you owned another car! There was another one mangled yesterday (see renaultsport.co.uk) I may keep hold of my cup...
Watch Bell though, I was quoted a reasonably cheap quote (£800) on the Net...phoned the quote as the 'system wasn't working!(?!)' Spoke to some guy who said it was a 10 month policy, which other companies won't class as a year's no claims...so I asked for a proper 12 month policy...and they...
Lee,
See if you can get the turinis done in anthracite, there is someone on here (gt_gaz I think!?!) Who has pics of them done on his cup...if you don't like them, I'll be surprised!

I've been told that there are a few more to enter the market but not till mid 2006...The only insurance approved ones are Tracker and RAC tracstar. The Tracker was voted as best in a test http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/product_test/47472/call_centre_devices.html
If you are wondering why you should alter the suspension, belt it down a straight, and then try and brake hard (but not stop) just to slow down for a corner say, watch how much the rear end tries to bounce around under breaking...you'll see what I mean, just don't do it when its wet or too...
I know what you mean...sitting in the office in Penkridge, we've got roof windows and you can see bits of snow gathering on the window...wonder how much fun the A5 is gonna be tonight???!!!???
Just so you are aware Bulldog Broadband have been slated for garbage service, etc.,
http://www.adslguide.org/ is somewhere you can check they will give you comparisons between different suppliers.

Had me worried, thought you'd been tailgating someone in the trophy!!! At least if its on the company insurance, and its not gonna affect your insurance then you are fine...if £50 out of pocket! I panicked thinking that a small chip on windscreen was gonna make me lose my NCB (stupid, but you...
Lee...Had crack on the cup which was fixed over weekend. Is the crack over the size of a 5p piece? If it isn't then it can be filled with silicone. If it is filled with silicone, it will cost nothing; if it is windscreen replacement (crack is too large or deep...) then you pay your excess but...
Welcome to the forum. 95 RON will 'r****d' the engine, it will run on any RON rating within reason. Sainsbury's Super Unleaded, Esso Super unleaded and BP Ulitmate are 97 RON if I have it correctly and the only true 98RON petrol is Optimax. There is no need for a panic, its just whether or not...
