Best springs are the ones Renault supplied with the car IMO.
If you want anyhting better spend a load of good coilover kit or else forget it.
Eisback (or however you spell it) if I had to pick a spring to fit though.
Take it tio an MOT station if you want to do it proerly and tyhey'll adjust it or else get the car to the normal ride height then measure the beam height on the wall and adjust the beam to about ther same position.

Cup 7700 429 000 brake light £30.29 exvat price is a bit old though.

Ring any good fitment place and they'll supply the rignt one personaly I'd have the heavier and stronger normal one fitted anayw as the Cup windscreen is IMo to subseptable to damage.

Depend how its maintained age is the bigger killer along with lack of use and servicing the earlier generation 172 engine used in the williams are over 300k now without issue.
Lower the first number the more vischious it is at low temps 10 weight is suitable for the pumps etc on the RS etc engines down to -20 degrees the standard requied minimum
5 protects down to -25 degrees
