    If you don't wan to try find a gearbox speedo box you could alwoasy fit the later cars abs system advanatges One the systems stand alone and works Can use any box you want Cn use an electric PAS rack if you want to limit power drian/complexity under the bonnet.

    So its a proper lighweight car then be interesting to see how light you go the cage wieght is difficult to say and will afect it a bit depending how good/big it is.

    Depends on the engine setup on a stock bottoen end 220 is about the limit with det etc. Sort the pistons etc and you can run way more.

    Air gun or impack drive. You can get them off with a swan neck and allen keys though given time.

    If you stick a good enough space frame cage in you could remove almost whole of the panel strengh. I'd drop danp a message he has stripped and weight his a lot or notorious he stripped loads out of his cars. Looks like a good project though theres still loads of weight to go if you want to...

    They have a lot of disadvantages best reading up IMO they are a race pad with the inherent issues.

    Check the sensor wire all the way back and the rest of the sensor. Check the abs rings are ok and arn't free to move Check the gapping on the sensors Check the rest of the sensors though.

    Second sensor is for checking the cat works. I'd have the hole made for the sensor but get something or use the sensor to bung it up just incase. Although get some way of making a cat fit for MOT time if your not having one as you'll most likly fail without one.

    Quick acceleration mens nothing you need to check on the A/F ratios etc. How high is your limiter although it doens't mean much since the rev counters not that accurate somtimes.

    Being as you don't have a 20 bottom end don't bother. It will limite the rpm since the 2.0 won't go as high and will overful. Plus this doens't say what its mapped for ie cams intake stuff. IMO in order of preference top being best I'd do either Get a 2.0 bottom end then get it properly...

    Unless you have a before and after difficult unless you can tell somethings just not right best compaire with a stocker. Gains with cams etc are limited the 2.0 bottome end makes so much better use of the bits for gains than the 1.8 does.

    The mapping of the car when cold for emmsions means it ins't great it sins't that bad though.

    Yep good pads and fluid most important if your fuiid does need changing. DS2500 are race use only as there not type approved for the road. Ds2500 are quie a hard pad there are sorter pads which are a bit stronger than stock ie Green stuff etc which are road legal.
