Sussex have a Lotus Exige in full police livery. Apparently though, it's not used for pursuits or general patrol duties. It's supposedly for turning up at cruises to educate the "yoof" about road safety.

IIRC, to get the glass off, there should be a circular metal spring which holds the glass on the back plate. It is accessible by separating the two ends of the spring, situated behind the glass, but getting to them will be awkward.

Check the fuse first. If that's ok check the foglight bulb and replace if necessary. After that, check that the tell-tale light on the dash works. If not, then you might need to whip out the dash and replace the tiny bulb in there.
When my 182 is cold, I'll be driving along at speed, then the car will just stop accelerating. If I push the loud pedal, nothing happens - it actually starts slowing down! It doesn't seem to matter if I down change to 4th.
