Im sure most lowered cars must go out more than 3 degrees as u can tell by looking! Negitive camber does help cornering tho altho i guess it slightly effects grip in a straight line as the tyre isnt strictly flat to the ground.
M8, ive drove a Valver with-out the PAS working and its not nice!
But if u wanna do it i dont think the pullie on the fan belt takes any power m8 so id leave the pullie there if possible and bin the rest?
We could still pay less duty on petrol with-out people jacking our cars. ;)

Id say the airbox/filter will have a lot to do with the feel of when the power comes in.
I.e an original filter element will be more restrictive and give better torque at lower revs where an air filter will make peak higher in the rev range and expand the power band IMO.
