Henry is Badass! I wonder if there's a Henry Forum, for all his adoring fans?
On the whole Dyson crevice tool thing though, I can't get down the side of the seats with my Dyson using the crevice tool - it's just too big.
IIRC, tyre shine contains silicone, and not a lot gets silicone off stuff. You'd need to use a solvent to remove it. Why not try a bit of white spirit in the boot, and for the mat, maybe some dry-cleaning solution would work?
Similar thing happened to me at my last trackday at Goodwood. Had to drive 15 miles home with only metal for brake pads!
I love the ticking sound from the exhaust after a good ragging, along with the smell of burning rubber and hot brakes.
^ That will be interesting, to see the difference between standard cat, sports cat, and de-cat.
Oh yeah, thanks to Justin for that piccy. It looks really good from the back - nice slash cut pipes that follow the contours of the bumper downwards.
I think I'm going to have to get me one now! :D...
I'm sure Pioneer do special custom fit speakers specifically designed for Renaults. It's a component system, so you get a mid and a tweeter that drops straight into the original holes. Not sure how good they are mind!
Mate - I thought their website was a bit poor tbh - it's just not that helpful. So I emailed them asking about the ClioSport Mats in the gallery, and went from there. It was all done by email, then I payed for them using PayPal.
This has come up a few times actually. My shock was leaking after 24000 miles. Renault UK and my local delaer have refused to replace under warranty, despite it being a 2004 car.
As others have said, the shocks are somewhat of a lottery. Good luck with your fight!
^That's annoying to hear matey.
When I first approached JustMatz enquiring about the price, Dave mentioned the group buy and that I had just missed it. I guess he must have done me the same price as the group buy, as CS send a lot of business their way.
They were £68.95 inc. p+p
They took a month from order to delivery though - but I wasn't in any rush so that didn't matter.
I'm really pleased with them though. They're a good match for the carpet, and they fit perfectly!
AFAIK the best diesel out there is BP Ultimate Diesel.
My mate has a Pug 306 HDi, and his injectors are knackered - I think he said they were in the region of £200 for a new one, or £120-150 for a re-con one, so I'd image the DCi injectors would not be far off that price.
Would it be cheaper if we could get down to their workshop and have it fitted there and then?
That way you get to drive all the way home with a fabulous sound!
Gutted for you matey. Like others have said, there must be some trick they all know about as every Clio that walks now is taken like this. We need to find out what the trick is so we can protect ourselves and our babies!
^^^I had a similar thing happen with my insurance. I asked for my no claims certificate thingy after my first years insurance when I was 18, and the certificate came back with 2 years on it instead of one. The next insurance company never said anything about it! :D
The only downside was that...
