So has mine. The mount is only worn if it comes out off gear when backing off accerating IMO. Phase 1s are more prone to it cause the p2s has flexible mounts i think.

Ive pretty hightened senses to any changes i feel in my car so im positive i could tell the difference, but if it is better or not im not sure. Nimbleness is most likely to be affected as thats what happens with 195/45/16s so shouldnt be much different for 195/50/15s IMO. Dont Reno set...

U mean it could be the valves opening and closing repetativly? So its all in fine order then peeps? I noticed my fuel pump makes a kinda whistling noise, im sure thats fine though. Thanx

Rear quarter panel, above rear wheel. 2 bubbles about an inch wide each and a smaller one. Does the whole panel need repsraying if i get the rust sorted? Have tiny rusting on edge of 1 door and the bonnet. Im just gonna rust treat them & touch them both up. Any one know how much itll cost me...

Hi, ive just fully serviced my Clio & it is in great shape except it is pretty tappety from in front of the rocker cover. Is this normal? Any help on a possible solution? Cheers.

Hummm. Have you seen my opinion on de-cats mate. I bet ur like a giddy 5 yr old with a new toy. ;) When i got my valver insured at 10 oclock at night i did 300 miles without a break before it got put back on the drive. :D My left leg murdered for 2 days (stiff phase 2 clutch).

Got some mechanic to do it as a foriegner (a different one), job done & the mobil 1 stuff is VERY impressive. Cars now running to perfection. :D

Im not sure about this as WHY would Reno have put 185/55s on if a more common & mass produced size was better? I trust Reno over Tom but i can see that maybe the 185s are better for roundabouts/cornering in the wet, etc. whereas the 195s are better for faster cornering in the dry or something...

I didnt mean that 35mil is better for handeling than 30, just meant; is it better to have front & low lowered by the same amount for improved handling? Id like some more opinions (other than urs which uve told me twice ;)) thats all. Thanx.

:confused: U still agree that you should lower the front by 35mil to match the torsion bar being lowered by 1 spline; apparently 35mil to achieve the best handling? Whos lowered thier 16v by 35mil at both front & rear? PICS MUCH APPRECIATED. THANX.

Hows that work? Its a square socket key bit! Do i have to buy a new sump plug washer? I think i know how to do the rest but it is a pain i know. When the manual says remove the oil filter facing upwards whats that mean? The sealed side which attaches to engine or the side with holes in...
