Under the runners, there's rubber vibration washer type things at each of the 4 bolts, take them out. Will make the seat very stiff to move though.

Using touch up pens looks sh*t. Just leave it chipped.

Seems like a fooking expensive and awkward way to do it, you could have had my fully working xenons for £250! lol Those headlights look very blue for halogens, how do you get the bulb to sit in place if the halogen fitment is H7?

Throttle body problems? Make sure it's nice and clean and not sticking etc? Stab in the dark but it's worth a try when it's free

They must be using a cheap/sh*t paint system to not be able to find Liquid yellow, even our "cheaper" system at work can get it no probs. Matching it however is another issue.

Nah it's not I had a 172, my mate works at Phoenix and told me they had one in, he knows I'm a Clio geek lol
