Rich's idea is a better option. If you're just going to fibreglass you'll need to do the front and the back of the bumper. If you just fibreglass the rear you won't be able to "skim" across anything, bumpers aren't wafer thin and you'll end up putting on a lump of filler a few mm thick to fill...

It'll be tough to sand yes, but you're going to be there a long time anyway sanding the filler, may aswell make the extra effort to try and ensure it doesn't crack/sag.

Fibreglass on the front and back if you're going to do it that way. Sand it down smooth on the outside then filler over that.

The spindle being loose on the GB mount is common apparently, need to go in through the passenger side wheel arch and tighten it up from underneath.

Have you got all the ballasts etc with them? Renault sell them all separately, don't know if where you bought them from is different.

That's the cambelt cover as far as I'm aware? Wouldn't be driving that incase any bits have got down there and tangled up in the pulleys etc!
