That doesn't look like the standard Renault exhaust to me. The one on my 1.2 the tailpipe came out of the backbox and turned to the side instead of just straight out.

They are illegal, make sure they're not pointing in anyones face and most coppers won't notice though.

From the stuff you've quoted on the invoice it looks like they haven't bothered with the Aux belt tensioners, which would agree with what Fred said.

In response to the suggestions about Megs/STs etc remember that at 20 most insurers won't touch you on anything with boost! I've already tried, fastest new-ish boosted thing I can insure is a Corsa VXR and even then its £700 more than a 200.

Don't go touching/removing/swapping anything until the insurance says so. Don't give them any excuse to not pay out.

Way more hassle than it's worth trying to convert them. Cheaper/easier to just get a set of second hand 1.2 headlights from a scrappy. Will mean people trying to knock you down on price/ thinking it's been in a crash when you come to sell though. Also, the items you listed above can be had off...

Yeah that's another point, anything strong enough to remove paint will melt plastic if you're not careful.

Paint stripper can just make things worse and cause reactions the second time round painting it. Just sand it back.

You can get HID kits designed for non-projector headlights so they don't scatter the beam and blind everyone.. HIDS4U do them, not cheap though.
