Everyone and his dog seems to go for Turinis on a 1*2, I can understand why - they look great, but why don't more people (don't think I've seen even one on here) go for the 2110? Are they really heavy or something?
I think they look really nice on this, maybe not in white with the orange, but...
I've tried searching, but can't find the answer! Earlier on today I'm sure I saw a thread that had a link to a website for 205/50/16 Exaltos at around £87 delivered. Can't find it anywhere now! Anyone know what company it might be?
Thanks,
Seem to have good feedback on Google! Can't believe the current price of these everywhere!

I think what the OP is trying to say is that when the car is turned on it immediately revs to 5k rpm due to the throttle being stuck open. Therefore they need a replacement throttle body.
The question is will a 182 TB fit on a 172? Unfortunately I don't know the answer.
For that money, if you really want it to simply go faster and you're content with the rest of the car, I'd suggest a progressively controlled nitrous oxide kit from wizards of nos and get some forged pistons.
The best handling will come from the dampers being matched to the spring rates. Decent coilovers give you the increased ability to achieve this. There's nothing wrong with matched springs and dampers as long as they work well together.
Maybe too much suspension info. here...
Just spoken to Curtis, he says it's very much a work in progress with the different damper valving and I'm pretty sure it's been developed at Dan R's request.
As I said, it stands to reason that they should both operate in the same way. Tyre black can cause problems if you put it on, the deflection of the tyre is more than you'd think, but it depends how hard you're pushing it.
Mine gets abuse everyday, had it since new and only had the dephaser go and a replacement gearbox at 15k miles. The box was after a trackday and was only replaced as Renault couldn't find the source of a very slight ticking noise. Now on 44k and going strong.
You could have one fabricated, but for the cost (circa £800) when I was looking, you may as well just buy the lightest carbon bonnet and paint it to match the car.
I use a pen and tablet instead of a mouse. I imagine it's crap for games, but for photoshop and navigating any other programs it can't be beaten imo. Think it cost about £60, looks smart too.
Avon performance tyres is only reference I could find - still not everyday run of the mill economy tyres. Still, would be interesting to see it on R888's, got a feeling it might be so far behind.
