    i blew a thread out of mine yeasterday, im a pikey barstool so fixed it with the head in situe, saves skimming it all. within 15 min the car was running again

    From what I can tell in the manual it adjusts the revs of the engine when loaded, anyone confirm that's it's only job?

    As in the title, there's a switch on the high pressure pas line, what does it do and can I get rid of it and link out the wiring (if it does anything) as I need to replace that part of the pipe, cheers

    right and they are good things how? they are bigger and heavier so the engine has to work harder to turn them, thus stressing the transmition a little more. the rotational inertia they carry when moving means the brake has to work harder to stop them, the larger contact patch exerts more...

    with a small turbo you will defo need to dro the comp ratio for .7bar, its not the air going in thats a problem more the air coming out the exhaust, a big turbo will give the same flow at less boost pressure and cause less of a restriction (exhaust side) tho will give a smooth drive rather than...

    had about 15 different 5s now, valver engine swaped electric blue ph1 the 200+bhp daily sc**t and dnt forget the uber cool 11 turbos cant beat an old renault for tune-ability and fun, shame there aoll going up in price now, you can pick up ph1 and ph2 clios cheaper...
