Did they fix it without telling you? I for one will not be taking my car to Renault to get stuff like that done they will just rip you off! (if i keep my car that long)
172loony you ever driven a Cup at night? If you have you will know there is no real need for him to spend 500£ to get them fitted they are just not worth it imho.
Nah they dont offer a stripped out version, anyway the biggest weight savings are the air con and the ABS. I am in 2 minds wether or not to sell my Cup because as you said in a few years I think it will be sought after....
Just remember that if your car goes in for any warrenty work get the R Sport ECU off, I was told on the phone 3 times it doesnt effect warrenty (about 8 months ago before everyone was ordering them) but I have later found out it does. I have had some big problems with my Cup lately and trust me...
Just a bit off topic .. Jay do you know if you have to get your car serviced at a Renault dealer to keep the warrenty. I remember hearing about some Euro law that bans manufacturers from doing this as it basically gives the Renault dealers a monopolly when servicing 3 year < cars and if you...
I have access to a Cup/CTR/Cupra R if I had the choice gain id buy a Cupra R Leon everytime either the 210 or 225 (which when RR standard both make bewteen 225-235!) Remember the 210/225 figures are Audi figures for Haldex S3s and TTs.
Lack of cash? What planet are you from you complete and utter wa.... Im affraid a 182 is not going to look better than a Cup with those wheels and the twin exhaust (which I have always been told arent the best for making power)
