howdy gents, what kinda price can you get piper 285s for for saxo vts? or what should i be paying for them? budget is rock bottom lol so need similar cheapness to the budgie section of london zoo

some of you know, other may not, that after turning my vts standard and selling off all the bits at bargain prices iv done a u turn and decided to keep it and its getting throtttle bodies. the budget iv laid out is rather slim for getting it back to how it was(zorst etc) as the rest and mapping...
my front brakes went after 9k, just buy them and sit and look at your set up fo a wee while then set about them yourself, its an easy job in reality, id never pay anyone to tinker with my brakes
am i right in thinking over 4k ansd still no throttle bodies???????? is a big list of sundries meant to look like some kind of expensive spec?, its nice to have it all changed il admit but you want power power power for your money:cool:
i got powerflex on me vts, awesome is the word, engine used to swing allover with a hard gearchange, now its set in there like concrete and the car rumbles on idle:D, so if you like a bit of play in ur engine bay dont get em ;)
i didnt declare sorn, just got a slapped wrist off the post office when i applied again and there had been a break but no declaration. this was a week ago btw

lol nice one mate, my vts used to shotgun pop like f**k with the citsport zorst but could never confirm if it would flame. got some footage of 2lives williams flaming on the m1 yesterday tho and i think adi nearly burned a few people on the track at donny lol
mine pops all the time, but jons and adis take the piss, even behind them on motorway at speed if ur behind theres a loud as owt pop with a sometimes huge flame. c**ts.....

you need to put them on accurate rollers to be honest! on the ones at top gear performance and john nobles motorsports the 172s were making about 161 i think?, my vts made 144bhp. which about right for the weight/power/performance difference
