I have some parts that may interest you if you are not going for a GEN90 ecu. Got a cable throttle pedal and cable along with a ph1 TB.
You already have a FBW throttle and so the GEN90 and the new Adaptronic 420d ecu are 2 that I know of that can use FBW. Most are cable throttles though. Budget...
Touring cars are forced induction and are probably the best track cars you can get out with single seaters so turbos don't ruin a car but as chip says the mapping certainly could.
Here is mine when I was building it. There are no cut outs for valves and is is not TDC. The pistons are the same overall length as the standard 172 pistons.
Good point but don't hesitate to ask me anything if you're unsure on anything.
Look forward to seeing this progress and know you'll do the engine proud! :approve:
Yeah Steve, your block goes to another good home. Custom downpipe would solve this but I have reduced the length towards the mater cylinder by 15mm and rotated my master cylinder by about 20deg and it clears it nicely.

If you want big power then boost is the only way.
Obviously will need a diff but will probably be going 02M so I'll get a diff for that box.
Re: 172 Cup track toy!
Not updated in a while but slight change of direction so thought I'd share it.
Sold the 182/225 hybrid engine with all the trimmings to someone who I know will have fun and share all in due course.
The new plan is to build a forged lump to cope with everything the...
I've used it too for many years on both the clio and my P1 but swapped recently due to the spiraling cost of it. Think they are taking the pi5s a bit now so stopped using it. So far I like the Nanodrive and so will continue to use it and monitor temps in different situations.
