This is an idea i've had for a while. I do a fair bit of driving at night and being the clumsy fucker that i am i'm always dropping stuff in the car or cant find things. So I was wondering if it would be possible to buy some after market lights and somehow wire them in to the existing interior...

The thermometer in my car for the outside temp has been reading almost ridiculous numbers for the last few weeks (eg. today it said it was 38C outside when it cant of been half that). Have kind of ignored it til now hoping it would sort itself but its a wee niggle thats starting to get to me...

From personal experience i'd say they were gash, bought two different ones which both got taken back since i couldnt get either to work on my laptop. No idea why though so you may have more luck than me. My advice would be to avoid though.

looks good mate :) i finally threw in the towel today and cleaned mine aswell cos it had got so dirty i couldnt see out the side windows properly anymore lol.

This happened to my car about a year ago aswell, all the lights and dials went off on the dash just a few mins after setting off then came back on again as if the ignition had just been turned, after which it was fine and its never done it since so didnt worry about it. Would still be interested...

Will look gash on a black car. As said above, lexus lights can only ever look good on a silver car. Save the money and go for a set of silvervisions, will look miles better. :) Graham

cheers for the replies. yeh i'v looked at a dell inspiron and it's about the same spec as the vaio but alot cheaper. thought they were meant to be unreliable tho and am a bit worried it wont last the course lol. will need to check out fujitsu seimens aswell.

was just wanting some opinions on the best laptop to get. i'm starting at dundee uni in september and need a pretty good one as its going to have to last me 4 years. lookin ideally for it to play dvd's and music etc. since that will save me takin dvd players, hi-fi's and tellys up to dundee lol...

i have bought an ecotek valve for my 1.2 16v but im not sure how and where to fit it properly. I have a rough idea but am reluctant to just start cutting hoses, can anybody help? pics would be useful.
