Is it a 1.2 16v engine? Probably needs a new ECU and engine loom.

Laser horseshoe tool is fine as long as you lock the pulleys with the proper Renault tools btw.

If the electronic fault and EML light is on, there must be a code stored. Change your garage to a proper one.

7x15 ET43. 195's are wide enough. You might go for 205's.

Check the track rods and track rod ends. Rear shocks alright?

I had scrubbing issues on the rear with ET38 wheels (like 10mm spacers). 15mm on the front per side should be ok.

Rubber that sits in between the springs and mounting flanges. I'd fit them. You'll need two per strut on the front, one below and one above the spring.

Could be a leaking PAS-switch or remainig PAS-fluid from the pump change. Where is it leaking exactly? Got a picture?

Looks like the exhaust camshaft stud. Did you have a timing belt change recently?

Are you sure? The "AC-refilling-machines" i worked with had an extra tank for the compressor oil.

Mine's making slight noise as yours aswell but it's been rebuilt recently.

I'd check the oxygen sensor and look for air leaks. Sure it's immobiliser and not the tdc sensor playing up? BTW: Are you collecting 1*2s?
