I made a guide, search my threads as i simply cannot be bothered, i sure with that equipment you could do a better job than i did in all honesty, but the thory is there.
totally agreed, i woundnt have even spent the money on cams in all honestly. but would work mint with ITB's if you got them. but yes other than that or boost, your done for power agains really.
Thing with ITB's that alot of people dont see is that its not about BHP, thats irrelivent in this situation, they are all about how they deliver the power! find someone on here with um done who would take you for a spin, then make your mind up, they are epic.

they came on the wheels i brought and have only just got round to changing them but MY GOD they are rubbish! you get understear in a motorway standstill! IMO once you have tryed those, you would be better off swapping them...
As above, would it be a problem only uprating the front brake lines as they do most of the work or would this just "transfer the weak link" as its called?

I have this problem with mine, it doesnt limit my car from what i kno, had it about 10 times, just pulled over, turned it off and started back up and was gone, had it on the diag with the RS tuner, and same thing about throttle possition etc, but im sure henk said this was normal for the clios???
^^^^^^ yes thats what i thought, hydrolic fluid under high pressure would just piss it out in minutes. i am at birchdown tomorrow morning so will ask the guys to take a look for me.

am i right in thinking the only place where the hose would be split is the short part coming out the caliper? as the rest is metal brake hoseing isnt it?

all has been fine but recentlly i have noticed my brakes arnt what they use to be, im sure its nothing to do with the disks or pads but when i brake hard to stop (traffic light etc) the pedal seams to go all the way down to...
this knocking you talk of? is this usually in first when you give it death? sounds like the engine is trying jump out?

Well after thinking everything over and after seeing that Fred had fitted a set of Racelands and didnt say they were tota sh.. i have decided to go into the group buy for raceland colivers whilst i still can, at £30 more than eibach there are bargain, and i know there is still the lazer aligment...
That just shows you the huge shopping list that comes when someone crashes into you... and some people will get out the car and say they will fix it in there driveway if you dont go to the insurance company....FAIL
