You need the non cup one which is on the right

Take the aux belt off and start the car from cold . See if it does it then . Deff sounds like a rotating squeal then it’s quietens down. Check all the pulleys , it may be the deflector wheels that the belt runs on. Happy checking [emoji16]

It’ll be the torn bits off the belt that find there way in to the timing belt and cause the engine to fail .

Has the outer edge of the belt parted company , or has the inner part of the belt ? , it looks like the belt has drifted over into the engine . Such bad luck :( If it died and lost power - it doesn’t sound good . Naturally it’ll need investigating . Sad [emoji17] times

First check the multi plug behind the passengers side kick panel trim , unplug it , check the feed power circuit for the stop lamps , then move on to checking the power at the affected lights . If no power on the 2 that are not working , check the splice in the loom on the left rear , you’ll...

Checking problems requires tools , test lamp , voltage tester . You got any of these ?

There's a mark on the flywheel , you need to get the mark inline with zero mark on the gearbox . Only then "you" will know it's spot on. You did well to be cautious. TDC mark is to the left of the crank position sensor , has its own window.
